Buying from makenalane.com was easy enough, but getting my money back, not so much. I kept having to check on it and just wait around, and it felt like nobody was in much of a hurry to sort it out. Really not happy with how long the refund took. After this, I don’t think I’d use them again.

I’m really happy with my order . It looks just like it did in the photos , and it feels nice in person too . Shipping was decent , so no complaints from me . I’d definitely buy again .

I had to follow up with them twice just to get my exchange moving, which was frustrating. It eventually got sorted, but the whole process felt slower than it should’ve. Personally, I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again if I thought I might need an exchange

I did get a response in the end, so that was good, but it felt a little slow. I can’t remember if I messaged them the day before or earlier that same day, but either way there was a bit of waiting around. Still, they answered my question once they got back to me.

The package showed up crushed, which was disappointing. I’ve ordered similar items before and they usually arrive in much better condition, so this stood out. The box was smashed and the item had scratches on it when I opened it

Easy. The site was simple to get around, and the pages loaded just fine for me. Nice. A few bits of info could probably be a little easier to find, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I did get my order in the end, so no big issue there, but the tracking experience wasn’t the best. I found myself checking it a few times because the updates were slow and not super clear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just felt average to me

The fit was okay, but it runs a little tight on me. I wish I had gone up a size because while it’s comfortable enough at first, I wouldn’t want to wear it for a long stretch.

I was able to check out on makenalane.com without any problems, and the payment page looked normal enough with the lock icon and the usual card fields. That said, I’m particular about payment security when I shop online, and I like to see clear details about how my card info is protected. I didn’t really find much of that, so I felt a little unsure before completing the payment. Nothing went wrong with my card afterward, so that’s good, but I’d still feel better if they explained their payment security more clearly. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me.
